When should I arrive? What happens if I arrive late?
We recommend that you arrive on site 15 minutes before the experience time indicated on your ticket. Should you arrive late, you will only be able to enter if capacity for the next slot allows. Please note: if you arrive late, you may have to wait for an indeterminate period of time before you can access the experience.
I don't have any compatible phone, how can I play?
- We don’t have a phone rental service. Players must bring their own compatible phone to play.
Here are the minimum requirements for the devices:

Can I get a refund on my tickets?
Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled time of the experience. Please contact lepointdevente.com team. You’ll need to have your ticket ID on hand.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other account at no extra cost. To do so, simply click on “Transfer tickets” from lepointdevente.com.
In which language is the experience available?
The experience is available in English and French. Make sure to properly validate the language of the time slot you are going to select.
Can I come with my family?
Yes, the experience is perfectly suited to families with children of 12 years of age and over. TIMBER! is the perfect outing for teenagers or friends. Anyone under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I play with my family or friends?
Yes, just buy your tickets in the same time slot, subject to availability. Please note that you’ll also be playing with other players on site—it’s a collective gaming experience!
Can I take photos or videos of the experience?
Yes, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like and share them on social networks with the hashtag #TimberExperience. Flashes and professional photography equipment are not permitted. Just be careful not to disturb the other players.
Do I have to print my ticket?
No, you can present the electronic version of your ticket.
Can I use the washroom on site?
Yes, you have access to the washroom.
If I'm a player in a wheelchair or with reduced mobility, can I take part in the experience?
Unfortunately, the experience is not suitable for players in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility.
If I'm a player with a hearing or visual impairment, can I take part in the experience?
The content of the experience is not suitable for people with hearing or visual impairment. We do not advise these players to take part in the experience.
If I'm a player with a sensitivity to bright, flashing lights, can I take part in the experience?
Due to the nature of the production, the experience is equipped with bright, flashing lights that could trigger epileptic seizures or any other condition. Players prone to epileptic seizures or suffering from photosensitive epilepsy are asked to refrain from participating in the experience. Players are responsible for deciding whether they can participate or whether they should abstain.
