We recommend that you arrive on site 15 minutes before the experience time indicated on your ticket. Should you arrive late, you will only be able to enter if capacity for the next slot allows. Please note: if you arrive late, you may have to wait for an indeterminate period of time before you can access the experience.

Yes, the experience is perfectly suited to families with children of 12 years of age and over. TIMBER! is the perfect outing for teenagers or friends. Anyone under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, just buy your tickets in the same time slot, subject to availability. Please note that you’ll also be playing with other players on siteit’s a collective gaming experience!

Yes, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like and share them on social networks with the hashtag #TimberExperience. Flashes and professional photography equipment are not permitted. Just be careful not to disturb the other players.
